Phase 10 score sheet
Round
Current phase / total score

How it works

Set the number of players (2 to 6) and type each player's name into the header row. Each row is one round: enter the phase number a player attempted (it starts at 1 and the sheet fills in the next round's phase automatically), check "Done" if they completed it that round, and enter the penalty points they scored from whatever was left in their hand. The sheet adds up each player's running total as you go, shows the phase each player is currently on, and reports who's leading once someone finishes phase 10 — the first to do that wins, with the lowest total score breaking a tie. "Add a round" adds another row if a game runs long. Everything you type is saved in your browser, so it's still here if you reload the page. Use "Print score sheet" to print just the sheet — the buttons and inputs used to fill it in are left off the page.

Use this page to track a full game of Phase 10 for 2 to 6 players without needing a paper pad, or print it out for a game away from a screen.

Rules this sheet applies

Each round, every player attempts that round’s Phase — the fixed sequence of ten combinations the Phase 10 rules lay out, from two sets of three up through a set of five plus a set of three. Completing a Phase advances that player to the next one; failing to complete it means repeating the same Phase next round, so two players can easily sit on different phases at the same point in the game — this sheet tracks each player’s phase separately, round by round.

Scoring — whatever’s left in your hand when a round ends costs you penalty points: 5 points per numbered card 1 through 9, 10 points per numbered card 10 through 12, 15 points per Skip card, and 25 points per Wild card. The player who goes out that round scores 0. Work out your own total from your hand and type it into that round’s score box; the sheet only adds the rounds together, it doesn’t look at your cards for you.

Winning — the game ends the instant a player completes phase 10, and that player wins outright. If two or more players complete phase 10 in that same round, the lowest total score among just those players breaks the tie; if even that is equal, those players replay phase 10 against each other. This sheet applies that exact rule to whatever you’ve entered so far.

Frequently asked questions

How does this sheet track whose turn it is to advance?

Check the "Done" box next to a round's phase number once that player lays down their Phase and goes out or the round otherwise ends with their Phase completed. The sheet then starts them on the next phase next round automatically. Leave "Done" unchecked and the sheet keeps them on the same phase for their next row, matching the rule that a player who doesn't complete a phase has to try it again.

What score do I enter each round?

Enter your penalty points for that round: 5 points for each numbered card (1-9) still in your hand, 10 points for each numbered card (10-12), 15 points for each Skip card, and 25 points for each Wild card. The player who went out that round scores 0. The sheet totals whatever you enter; it doesn't recompute it from your hand for you.

How does the sheet decide who's winning?

The first player to mark phase 10 as "Done" wins outright, exactly as the rules state. If more than one player finishes phase 10 in the very same round, this sheet compares just their total scores and the lowest one wins; if those are equal too, it reports a tie, since the rules call for the tied players to replay phase 10 against each other to settle it.

Does this save my progress?

Yes — everything you've entered, including player names, is saved in your browser's local storage, not on a server, so your sheet is still here next time you open this page on the same device.

Can I print a blank sheet to fill in at the table?

Yes. Click "Print score sheet" at any point — with some rounds filled in, all of them filled in, or none at all — and only the score sheet itself prints, sized to fit a single Letter or A4 page.
